Full Job Description

Immediate opening for a residential Construction Project Manager in the Georgetown, SC area. Property Masters is a semi national residential construction company that is considered the premier construction provider in the SFR space.

We are looking for construction / renovation project managers who are leaders, energetic and thrive in a fast paced but extremely rewarding company environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to Client’s scope of work.
  • Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to determine timeline, permits needed and set expectations.
  • Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations.
  • Provide management and support to sub-contractors to keep the job moving and ensure timelines are being met.
  • Walk open jobs on a weekly basis, provide updates to corporate office staff and clients.
  • Identify challenges, problems and client concerns and provide solutions.

Job Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years construction management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction at once.
  • Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements.
  • Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications.
  • Must be computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office as well as the ability to learn new cloud base software.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug test.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive base salary plus lucrative quarterly bonus program. Full Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (company pays for ½ of employee’s portion of Medical and Dental);

Pay : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
