Responsibilities :
- Assist in the management of a building in Marina del Rey, ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities
- Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and other accounting functions to ensure financial transparency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis
- Respond to correspondence promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders
- Monitor insurance policies and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and coordination with team members and external parties
- Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
