Job Summary
We're looking to add a preferably bilingual (English / Spanish) well-organized, punctual, efficient and detail-oriented person to our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
General office responsibilities for the site including but not limited to :
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
Manage the conference room areas
Ability to operate various computer and communication equipment as well as attention to detail and a need to be always organized
Collect and track franchisee monthly statements.
Maintain Customer email distribution list adding new customers and removing inactive customer’s by emailing JPI support.
Provide outbound customer service calls and handle any customer requests / complaints, assigning the follow ups to the appropriate operations manager for resolution.
Other clerical duties as needed.
Exercise good judgment and the ability to prioritize
Good communication skills and the ability to relay information between people in writing, in person and on the phone
Aptitude for forecasting problems and finding workable solutions Cool under pressure
Positivity, self-motivation, and flexibility is required given the ever-changing climate of our business Sense of urgency.
Knowledge, Skills and Traits
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Bilingual Preferred - English / Spanish
- 1 - 3 years related experience in an office setting.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills Proficient in Microsoft office suite (word, excel), Outlook.
Ability to work well with multiple departments.
Open to direction and collaborative work style,
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to serve in many roles in a dynamic organization
Motivated, self-starter.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
TO THE BEST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE, WE OFFER :
Compensation : The position is classified as non-exempt with a compensation of
$18 - $20 / hour depending on experience. Plus bonus opportunity for account retention.
