Seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Receptionist to provide comprehensive support to executives at the firm.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading organization, work closely with industry experts, and help foster a strong cultural unity within the team.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development, with the potential to advance into a marketing or business development role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of administrative experience or a strong interest in starting their career at a private equity firm.

In-Office Policy : 5 days in office

Hours : 9am-5pm

Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and records in an efficient manner
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
