The supervisor provides direction, development, and leadership to a team of direct reports to ensure delivery of services and achievement of performance targets.

Supervisors ensure program efficiency by coaching staff, connecting with key stakeholders, managing and interpreting data, developing program policies and supporting clients.

Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

Supervise and coach a team of up to 6 staff to ensure they have high quality individualized coaching opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and overall program productivity.

old a caseload of up to 5 students ranging from 3rd grade to college age to maintain strong tutoring skills and remain connected to the students, while supporting program utilization.

Monitor session notes and oversee case management to ensure staff is offering high-quality services.

Lead and create staff trainings to foster continuous staff development and enhance the quality of their sessions and services through targeted professional development

Enhance student engagement, stakeholder experience, and family satisfaction through proactive communication and advocacy, ensuring effective outreach, support, and resource sharing.

Oversee various administrative tasks and documentation to insure efficient administrative operations through accurate updates and timely documentation, enhancing communication and compliance.

Track team data and complete progress monitoring reports to maintain accurate data tracking and reporting to support strategic planning and improve program performance and accountability.

Provide coverage for other supervisors or direct reports to ensure that students are receiving quality services during tutor / supervisor PTO and to support staff with their PTO needs.

Salary Range : $62,000 - $66,000 / year

Qualifications :

Position Prerequisites :

Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the role you will be supervising. This ensures the ability to provide effective coaching, guidance, and support to direct reports.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and / or adolescents in a foster care or educational setting.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes of challenges, and develop effective solutions, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration and Communication : Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of stakeholders (case planners, teachers, social workers), clearly communicate program goals, and actively listen to address concerns.

Flexibility and adaptability : Ability to adjust to changing priorities, manage competing demands, and readily adopt new procedures or technologies as needed.

Ability to manage and analyze data related to programs, including performance monitoring and client outcomes.

Proficient in computer software relevant to the role (e.g., learning management systems).

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Work, Psychology)

Education Required :

Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
