We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 6 to 8 years of experience for our Chicago office.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :
As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE :
- 6 to 8 years of labor and employment litigation and counseling experience, including single- plaintiff matters, wage-hour and class / collective action matters, administrative charges, policy review and investigations.
- The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Illinois or have the ability to waive into the State of Illinois.
