We are looking to speak with labor & employment associate attorneys to join our client’s well regarded and busy practice group in Chicago.
Our client is looking for experienced litigators in both state and federal court who represent and advise employers in all aspects and stages of employment litigation, arbitration and mediation, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour collective and corresponding state law class action cases.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a breadth of experience, including :
- Alleged exemption misclassification of employees
- Allegations of unpaid overtime
- Off-the-clock, preliminary and postliminary unpaid time, and meal and rest break violations
- Suits brought by independent contractors claiming to be hourly employees
