WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

As an entry-level Apprentice Service Technician / HVAC Assistant on our team, you will go out in the field with residential installers and technicians to help them.

As you assist them, they will mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly troubleshoot, repair, and replace heating and air conditioning systems.

They also educate you on how to complete scheduled maintenance, as well as suggest and perform system improvements. You will ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Michiana Mechanical.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be excited to have you join us!

• A high school diploma or the eqiuvalent
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work irregular and extended work hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call
• Relevant experience as a residential service technician (preferred)
• A Heating and Air Conditioning Technology degree (a plus!)
