The employee is required to stand and / or walk for an average of eight (8) hours per day, and may be required to bend, stoop, or lean while performing normal job duties.
This position may require regular lifting of up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in a hot environment and should be highly conscious of safety.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, with an average of 40 scheduled hours per week with the possibility of overtime as decided by a production manager.
The scheduled hours for this position are dependent upon the desired shift. Travel No travel is required for this position.
Required Education and Experience No required education or experience necessary Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred, but not required CNC experience preferred, but not required Computer proficiency preferred Ability to read a tape measure and use a caliper preferred, but not required Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) This position requires the employee to follow mandatory PPE guidelines.
The employee is required to wear Kevlar sleeves and gloves, Z.87 rated safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, grommet sleeves, and an apron.
