Key duties of the position include :
Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families, and childrenCultivating an environment committed to health and safetyGreeting families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalismAnswering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing email communications and social media postsAssisting with enrollment paperwork, immunization records, and family onboardingPreparing for tours and creating an exceptional experience for familiesHelp organize classroom supplies, meal counts, and inventory needsSupport director and franchise owner with administrative tasks and reportingHelp manage school calendar, facility maintenance requests, and supply ordersComplete daily school closing checklist and oversee the closing of the school each week nightSalary Range : $14.00-$16.00 / hour Shift Schedule : 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm Ready to make a difference?
