Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

CARE Counseling , part of the Optum family of businesses, is looking for dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapists to join our innovative team. This is a full-time position (0.7 - 1.0 FTE) offering the flexibility of onsite or hybrid work arrangements. As a valuable member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare for individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments for patients facing mental health challenges and substance abuse issues.
• Deliver effective treatment for mental health conditions utilizing a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and additional evidence-based methods.
• Keep systematic records of treatment responses and diligently monitor patients for any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment-related side effects.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records and documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Compensation for this role ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, based on factors such as local market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. Along with the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and retirement options, all subject to eligibility criteria.
