Community Care Manager

Job Title : HCBS Supervisor As a leader in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery. Your expertise and guidance will empower staff to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals we serve.

Responsibilities : Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in providing high-quality support services.

Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to identify top talent for our organization.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance team culture and morale.

Supervise staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular site visits and coaching sessions to promote growth and development.

Assist in planning and executing training programs to upskill our staff.

Advocate for individuals receiving services to have maximum control over their lives.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents, investigations, and service delivery.

Requirements : Demonstrate knowledge of HCBS practices and be willing to learn and comply with regulatory requirements.
