Community Outreach Liaison

Description

This position is responsible for delivering business value through effective provider recruitment marketing support within Physician Services and Development.

The Strategic Outreach Specialist role provides copywriting, database information management, candidate sourcing and strategic planning as part of the marketing team supporting provider recruitment for the Providence system.

This position helps ensures a continual pool of high-quality physician candidates by supporting CRM database optimization, print and online advertising, sourcing, email and direct mail campaigns, conference planning, collateral development, and residency and fellowship outreach.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology. Or equivalent education / experience.
• 3 years Combined experience in professional writing, database administration and / or project management in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 2 years Marketing, advertising, vendor negotiations, data management, efficiency testing, managing complex projects.
• 1 year Strategic project planning.
