Must Haves :
- 5+ years of UI and interaction design
- 5+ years of digital product or service design experiences
- 2+ years of experience applying human-centered design approaches and end to end prototyping
- No-Code experience. Ability to produce stand-alone, end-user operable, prototypes that can be monitored and evaluated in-field, looking and behaving like a real app
- Expertise in Sketch or Figma, Adobe CS

- Be actively involved with work in various stages of the design process, ranging from research through concepting, prototyping, and building, and also supporting the later stages of product development to ensure integrity of design principles
- Effectively apply consumer insights to a variety of digital solutions to : journey maps, UI flows, and storytelling deliverables
- Celebrate and execute low-to-high fidelity prototyping and UX research approaches
- Use and be an advocate for the human-centered design process, as well as act as a design generalist on the team
