If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Bilingual Recruiter / HR Clerk, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent to fuel our company's growth.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions, from entry-level production roles to specialized engineering positions.

Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Experience - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and engaging experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Communicate effectively with candidates to keep them informed and engaged at every stage of the process.

Collaboration - Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.

  • Administrative Support - Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, coordinating employee orientations and training sessions along with any other duties assigned.
  • Compliance - Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Onboarding and Orientation - Coordinate new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related roles within a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
  • Adaptable and resilient with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities and commitments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in previous roles.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred!
