This is a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Associate Attorney possessing a minimum of 2-4 years of experience . The ideal candidate will have specialized in first and / or third party insurance coverage practice for at least 1-2 of those years .

As a prerequisite,the selected candidate will need to secure licensure in both North Carolina and South Carolina . While candidates admitted to either NC or SC will be considered, it is imperative to obtain admission to both states within the first year of employment.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an attorney
  • Specialization in first and / or third party insurance coverage practice for at least 1-2 years. *The candidate must have the requisite coverage experience, i.

e., 1-2 years at a minimum. Our client will consider more.

  • Individuals with solid academic credentials and a demonstrated proficiency in legal writing.
  • Licensure in both North Carolina and South Carolina (Candidates admitted to either state will be considered, but must secure admission to both within a year of employment)
  • Excellent academic credentials.
