As the Headof Product Portfolio, you’ll be at the forefront of our organization, guiding adedicated team of Product Line Managers.

You’ll be the key player in our annualR&D budget planning, shaping the future of our product line.

Whatyour day-to-day will look like :

• Actas the chief strategist for all product, solution, and service portfolioelements, playing a pivotal role in business strategy development.
• Keepa close eye on market trends, competitor activities, portfolio gaps, andindustry standards.
• Drivecontinuous improvement of products, solutions, and services by leveraging newtechnologies and industry-leading trends.
• Buildand maintain strong customer relationships through regular onsite visits,hands-on product demonstrations, and solution design.
• RepresentSiemens Mobility at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products anddiscussing complex solutions with customers.

CustomerFocus :

• Understandthe AREMA Railroad infrastructure market, including customer needs andchallenges.
• Leadengaging customer presentations, discussions, and workshops.

StrategicLeadership :

• Defineand align portfolio elements with senior management.
• Planproduct roadmaps and R&D budgets.
• Developuser-level / functional requirements for portfolio elements.
• Modelbusiness cases and craft strategies for product development.
• Overseethe introduction of new products.

TacticalExcellence :

• Monitorand enhance the performance of the product portfolio.
• Leadthe organization to resolve issues when necessary.
• Guidea small team of dedicated product managers.
• Createcustomer solutions using existing portfolio elements with minimal developmentefforts.

To thrivein this role, you have :

• 10+years of hands-on experience in rail transport, focusing on rail products,platforms, and solutions.
• Proventrack record of leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strongbusiness acumen, negotiation skills, team orientation, project managementexperience, and risk management.
• Self-motivatedand capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Advancedproficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.

The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budgetand the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

The annual incentive target is 15% ofthe base salary .
