LHH is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist looking to join a premier Construction company known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Prepare and process project invoices in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of billings and project financials.
- Utilize a larger ERP system for billing and financial tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
Requirements :
- Minimum of three years of experience in billing, preferably within construction industry.
- Proficiency in using a larger ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with Project Managers and other team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Employment type :
