Per Diem Receptionist Needed at Mont Marie Rehab in Holyoke, a 84-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility!
Schedule : The shifts are 6 : 30am-2pm and 2pm 7pm on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Greeting visitors as they arrive
- Assisting visitors check-in at facility kiosk
- Printing, faxing and emailing paperwork as needed
Requirements :
- Primary Series of the COVID Vaccine (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills, dependable, and ability to multi-task and work independently
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
