Ensure that contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed. Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate client expectations and monitor project progress. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Use this information to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
