Entry Level Construction Sales

Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand their construction needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their project requirements. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Highlight the benefits and features of the company’s construction services and products. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals.

Ensure that contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed. Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.

Communicate client expectations and monitor project progress. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Use this information to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.

Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies. Training and Development : Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations is a plus.Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
