Assembler II
Our client a Manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA is seeking Assemblers to join their team.
Job Title : Assembler (1st & 2nd shift)
Location : Camarillo, CA
Pay Range : $18.50hr.
Whats the Job?
- Sets up equipment, prepares compounds and processes a variety of assemblies, such as standard connectors and special connectors following written and verbal instructions
- Manually load and / or machine load retainers into molded plastic inserts per work order instructions
- Bond loaded front inserts to molded plastic rear inserts per work order instructions.
- Bond interface seals and grommet seals to plastic insert assemblies per work order instructions
- Assemble and bond EMI rings to connector shell per work order instructions
Whats Needed?
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 1-2 years experience in related mechanical manufacturing assembly operations
- Ability to read, follow and understand verbal instruction, product / process specifications, drawings, and work orders in English
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. and handle components and assemblies using bending, reaching, and twisting body movements; in addition to use of hand tools
- Good manual dexterity to assemble small and intricate parts
- Only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area (within 50 miles) of Camarillo will be considered for this position
