Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Chief Growth Officer for a large tech organization in Rockville, MD. This is a hybrid role with a great compensation and benefits package.
Qualified candidates will have experience in full-circle Business Development and have 10+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership role.
The CGO will lead a team of individuals with primary business development responsibilities and proposal managers while also conducting their own business development activities from deal identification, qualification, and capture to proposal development and submission.
Job Description :
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including qualifying deals through stage gates and identifying and implementing strategies leading to the submission of proposals with a high win probability.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to other members of the executive team.
- Advising the executive team on enterprise booking targets and strategies to achieve them.
- Serving as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the business
- Establishing and developing strategic relationships with other industry partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of executive level business growth experience.
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and win revenue-generating contracts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions.
- Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation.
