Wargame Designer

The candidate will conduct the development, enhancement, and maintenance of wargames in support of USCYBERCOM.

Job description includes the following :

  • Design operational environment for wargames.
  • Use available applications to support wargame design and analysis.
  • Build wargame scenarios incorporating input from across USCC J-Directorates and CCMD.
  • Collaborate with USCYBERCOM team to create wargame environment and scenarios throughout the wargame lifecycle.
  • Take initiative to solve complex front-end and back-end problems for wargame design and hosting.
  • Help ensure wargame design and implementation is consistent, efficient, robust, and scalable.
  • Make use of automation and partnerships to support MOD / SIM of wargame environment to speed game play and introduce near-real-time feedback on effects to the wargame participants.

Qualifications :

Minimum of five (5) years of wargame development experience at the Combatant Command or Joint Staff level.

Excellent communications skills in terms of writing and presenting briefings.

Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support wargame efforts.

Must possess current Counterintelligence Polygraph and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
