Job Description
The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for administrating, configuring, and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
This role ensures the efficient operation of the HRIS, supports HR functions by providing accurate data and reports, and collaborates with various stakeholders to optimize system functionality.
This role is the backup for entering all related payroll information into the ADP Payroll Software system, filing all Federal Reports, and providing day-to-day support to the Human Resources Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. Associate degree highly desirable. Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources in a similar capacity.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, ADP Software, and Access).
