Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and case management
Assist customers with part fitment, order placement, and shipment tracking
Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must live within the Eastern Time Zone
Complete all required training courses by the set due date
