Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems OR equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Certifications : A+ / Network+, Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, and Programming Language.
  • Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems and software.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 and Active Directory (Azure AD, Azure Exchange, One Drive, M365 Suite).

Full Job Description

Provide IT assistance to all users which includes employee and physicians. Respond to inquiries or resolve IT problems on site, via telephone or electronically relating to desk top computers, laptops, mobile devices and imaging equipment.

Provide assistance concerning the deployment, installation and use of computer hardware and software, including printing, configuration, word processing, electronic mail and operating systems.

Physical & Cognitive Requirements

  • This position is very active and requires standing sometimes for sustained period of time in excess of 1 hour.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, crouching and crawling will be required for installations.
  • The ability to reach forward and upwards with hands and arms to position wires and equipment.
  • Lift or move objects weighing over 20 pounds such as equipment, printers and monitors.
  • Work with data by calculating and manipulating numbers, processing data on a computer, classify, record, store and retrieve information.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, communicate verbally one to one, in front of groups, over the telephone and in email.
  • Ability to use words to communicate ideas, read with comprehension and explain abstract or complex ideas in more basic terms.
  • The employee will use hands to operate equipment such as a computer mouse, show manual or finger dexterity, handle things with precision or speed, use muscular coordination and physical stamina.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus in order to read and evaluate data on a monitor while standing, with or without corrective lenses.
