Link Technologies is seeking a solid Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our ongoing projects, particularly focused on the AssetWorks application.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing system integrations and driving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and improve the AssetWorks fleet maintenance app, operational for two years.
- Document requirements and create functional specifications for system enhancements, focusing on ADA compliance for existing applications.
- Manage integrations between AssetWorks, Field Force, MuleSoft, and other APIs and web services, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct analysis of current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize initiatives.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on system functionalities and updates.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on asset management systems, particularly AssetWorks.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance requirements and experience in implementing related changes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and Field Force.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to document processes and requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities.
