Development Director 2024 Holy Family Kirkland

Holy Family Parish School is seeking a Development Director to join our team! Holy Family Parish School is a dynamic K-8 school dedicated to inspiring, educating, and preparing our students for a Christ-centered life of learning, faith, and service.

The Development Director is responsible for the strategic planning vision and execution of all fundraising activities at Holy Family Parish School along with the management of all gifts and endowed funds, in accordance with all Archdiocesan and Holy Family Parish philosophy, policies, rules and regulations.

The Development Director works closely with the principal and administrative team to fulfill the mission and vision of the school.

This is a full-time, year-round, non-exempt position. Includes some evening and weekend work.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Connect people together to support the mission of Holy Family Parish School
• Learn and follow all Archdiocesan, Holy Family Parish School, and advancement policies and procedures
• Support the school and its leadership
• Organize the comprehensive fundraising program which includes the annual fund, school endowments and memorial funds, major gifts and planned giving
• Set the annual calendar for all fundraising events
• Plan and manage school fundraising events in collaboration with school administrative staff. Events include the Annual Auction Gala, Fun Run, Golf Tournament, Ladies Night, and GrandFriends Tea
• Work with business manager to maintain donor database
• Marketing Duties
• Collaborate with the school Enrollment Director to assist with design and preparation of all school marketing materials for distribution
• Collaborate with the school staff to manage school identity, public relations, and branding materials
• Develop and oversee Alumni Program
• Attend monthly community and financial meetings as needed. Provide financial reports following fundraising events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the principal

Salary :

The hourly pay rate ranges from $30-$32. Any offered pay rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
