- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with educational institutions, administrators, and faculty to understand their vision, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback into project plans.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to educational facility design standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify cost-effective solutions to meet educational project goals.
- Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control measures to deliver architectural solutions that align with the unique needs of educational environments.
- Timeline Management : Proactively manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of educational facilities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registered Architect
- 7+ Years of experience
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, with a focus on educational projects.
- In-depth knowledge of educational facility design, including classroom layouts, recreational areas, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
