Job Title : Architectural Project Manager - Education

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a focus on educational facilities to join our team.

As a vital member of our architectural division, you will lead projects in the education sector, contributing to the design and development of innovative learning environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans for educational facilities, considering academic needs, safety standards, and aesthetic requirements.
  • Collaborative Leadership : Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful execution of education-focused architectural projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with educational institutions, administrators, and faculty to understand their vision, gather requirements, and incorporate feedback into project plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to educational facility design standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements.
  • Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify cost-effective solutions to meet educational project goals.
  • Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control measures to deliver architectural solutions that align with the unique needs of educational environments.
  • Timeline Management : Proactively manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of educational facilities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Construction Coordination : Collaborate with construction teams to integrate architectural plans seamlessly with construction processes, addressing any educational-specific considerations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Registered Architect
  • 7+ Years of experience
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, with a focus on educational projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational facility design, including classroom layouts, recreational areas, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
