Title Division Controller
Location Fully Onsite in Long Beach, CA
Duration Permanent Work
Salary Range - Salary : 160-180k
MUST have experience
at least 10+ years in controllership in construction industry
at least 4-5 years in leadership. So overall 14-15+ years of experience.
MUST have skills
a) Project Accounting
b) Trade Union Accounting (as they currently have around 10-20 trade unions to manage)
Candidate's resume MUST have revenue details they handled in each companies
Job Requirements :
- Similar responsibilities and requirements as their corporate controller role but would be solely in charge of their industrial maintenance division.
- Experience with managing a division or business unit around $50-100 million in revenue.
- Must have relevant experience around the heavy maintenance or construction industry.
- Must have experience around union reporting in the commercial / federal space.
- Excellent leadership capabilities
