Part-time, CNA certification required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Transport patients / residents with in the facility as well as outside the facility via the facility van / bus
• Escort patients / residents from assigned rooms to and from vehicles and appointments as needed
• Drive facility vehicles to transport patients / residents to and from appointments,
• Report any incidents, accidents, changes in patients / residents condition, requests, problems, and complaints to their supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Must have a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent
• Must have a Class (E) Drivers License
• Prior experience transporting patients / residents for a hospital or nursing home is preferred
• Must be able to operate an automobile
• Must have a valid unencumbered drivers license in the state of operation (no motor vehicle violations including, but not limited to, Driving Under the Influence or other related charges)
