Leadership andTeam Management :
- Lead mentor anddevelop a team of software QA engineers providing guidance supportand coaching to ensure high performance and careergrowth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusiveteam culture encouraging knowledge sharing innovation andcontinuous improvement.
Software QAStrategy and Planning :
- Drive theimplementation of software QA strategy and roadmap that alignedwith department objectives ensuring the delivery of highqualitysoftware products.
- Collaborate with partners todefine software QA standards processes and methodologies tailoredto the needs of agile software developmentprojects.
Continuous Improvement andInnovation :
- Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance software QA processes tools andmethodologies leveraging industry best practices and emergingtechnologies.
- Proactively identify areas foroptimization and innovation in software testing and qualityassurance advocating for the adoption of new approaches andtechniques.
StakeholderCommunication and Collaboration :
- Serve as a primary point of contact forinternal and external stakeholders regarding software QAoperational matters.
- Foster collaboration andcommunication with cross functions / departments ensuring alignmentof software QA activities with broader organizationalgoals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorsdegree in computer science software engineering or a relatedfield.
- Familiarity with Agile and / or TestOpspractices.
- Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverseteam of engineers.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams including software developers productmanagers and business stakeholders.
- Ability toprioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and adaptto changing priorities.
- Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking abilities with a focus on driving continuousimprovement for theorganization.
