Construction Field Support Specialist

Location : Cocoa Beach, FL

Salary : $50,000–$60,000 + vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement, and benefits

We’re looking for a Construction Field Support Specialist to assist with our structural restoration projects during the construction phase. This role is mostly field-based (90%) with some office time (10%).

Key Responsibilities :

Collect project data, measurements, photos, and other info on job sites

Maintain and organize project documents (Word, Excel, photos, reports, etc.)

Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and contractors across multiple projects

Visit multiple job sites daily (locations from Titusville to Fort Pierce)

Ensure accurate communication and documentation with the team

What You Need :

2+ years in construction or related field, or strong software skills (Office Suite, SharePoint, BlueBeam, etc.)

Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and using safety gear (harnesses, helmets, gloves)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability or willingness to operate drones is a plus

Preferred :

Construction field and leadership experience

Project management skills
