Responsibilities
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- User interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis
- Mapping activities like journey mapping are a bonus
- Assessing capacity needs, time commitments, accurately estimate timeline needs and manage to it
- Ability to align research objectives with business goals
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with UX research tools
- Basic understanding of design and development processes
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment full time
- Experience with the following UX Research Tools :
- Dovetail, Hey Marvin, Maze, UserTesting.com, Mural, Miro, Figjam
