Job Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking Senior level Geospatial Analyst professionals with experience focused on digital cartography and image processing.
Positions will be located in the Northern Virginia area.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geospatial information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
- Knowledge of GPS devices and format.
- Knowledge of large format plotters.
- Knowledge of Intelink database
- Knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports including but not limited to Cedalion (NES) remarks, NGA Intelligence Briefs (NIBs), GEOINT Notes, cables, and legacy GEOINT Quick Notes and First Looks.
- Demonstrated experience using standard geospatial analysis software suites used by NGA to accomplish its mission. Including but not limited to, ArcGIS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, Mysid, Erdas Imagine, Google Earth, Remote View, FalconView, Socet GXP, QT Modeler, and Socet Set.
- Demonstrated Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel.
- Attended either the Analysis GEOINT Principles Program or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the following systems and software programs : IAE and Cedalion.
- Strong knowledge of the intelligence collection process to include NGA’s relationships with other IC Agencies.
- Ability to brief Seniors to influence decisions
- Serve as the team lead for the junior contractor FTE’s
