Weekly rate ranges from $1,302 - $1,352 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include : Washington Paid Sick Time, Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position.

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.

Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing / tear down of the assigned Spirit stores. Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.

The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
