QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
In this customer service position, you play a vital role in keeping our HVAC technicians well-organized and our customers pleased.
No two days are the same as you answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer questions, schedule appointments, and address any complaints.
You keep a cool head and remain professional during any unpleasant interactions, doing whatever you can to correct the situation.
As you speak with customers, you input their information into our database.
When you're not helping out clients, you're speaking with our field techs and keeping them informed about where they need to go.
You assign the best tech to each job and maintain our on-call service schedule. Attentively, you also help with tasks such as managing our warranty return process, scheduling estimates, and communicating with supply houses.
You also help promote various service agreements and accessories. You take pride in being an essential member of our team who keeps things running smoothly!
