Sun Country Airlines is seeking an MSP Workforce Management Specialist to support the MSP airport by providing reports, schedules, and data for real-time workforce management needs.

This position will review leave requests, assist in creating or modifying schedules, and make staffing recommendations to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance.
• Reconcile attendance against schedule and time in / out reporting on a daily basis.
• Support changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.
• Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain running report of attendance incidents.
• Analyze leave submissions and approve / deny based on their effect on operations.
• Monitor attendance and schedule adherence.
• Process schedule trade requests for posted schedules.
• Process management requests for modifications of scheduling events (meetings / training, etc.).
• Review accuracy of schedule measurements, making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction.
• Provide analytical support for special projects.
• Collaborate with management on identifying opportunities to further optimize our workforce.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• Ability to organize and analyze data in a structured manner.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze schedules.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities / tasks.
• Strong communication skills to ensure team members are kept informed.
• Good written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience.

Preferred Skills :

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Teams application and Microsoft Backoffice.
