- The Therapist is responsible for obtaining assessments; conducting individual / group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure;
- case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information;
ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities. Qualifications Applicant must have a Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT.
