What You'll Be Doing :

• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Assist the admissions team with various tasks.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support and assist other departments as needed.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Be a steady, supportive presence for residentsbecause your care matters.
