Mechanical / Biomedical Engineer
Experience :
5+ years of experience in designing and testing medical devices or closely related products.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering required.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of medical devices or closely related systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to design challenges.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for medical devices, including FDA and ISO guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, research, and develop components and systems for medical devices within the specified department.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of components to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide engineering solutions for design and manufacturing challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and innovations to incorporate best practices into the development process.
