The Test Engineer is responsible for all testing equipment in the plant for both ICE and Battery Products. Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience of EOL testing principles including data knowledge of leak, Electrical, Helium and restriction testers
- Strong interpersonal skills working with individuals of diverse cultural, academic, and cognitive backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Ability to provide effective coaching / mentoring
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to be flexible in work scheduling
Even better, you may have
- Experience : Certified 6-Sigma Black Belt
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge of Electric / Hybrid Vehicle battery assembly
- WMA test software experience
- Sciemetric software experience
