Responsibilities include :
- Lead cross-functional project teams and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage diverse projects from equipment upgrades to full production line installations.
- Identify and execute production cost reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments for enhanced plant operations and safety.
- Analyze and justify capital equipment and plant improvement investments.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and budgets.
- Maintain technical layouts and provide training for employees.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
What you need to succeed :
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 4-6 years of experience.
- 3-5 years in Engineering Project Management or Execution.
- Technical skills, process knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
