Do you have clinical and EHR / EMR expertise but want to work remotely with flexible hours?
As a clinical data abstractor, you’ll manually review and transfer patient data like medications and immunizations between IT systems, ensuring information is accurate to support clinicians and patient safety.
The ideal candidate has :
- Clinical certification (such as RN, MA, NP) or previous successful clinical data entry experience
- Dexterity to navigate EHRs / EMRs and IT software with dual-monitors
- Ability to type quickly without errors and maintain productivity standards
- Keen attention to detail to follow clinical protocols and identify issues and discrepant clinical data
- Proactive approach to work independently while maintaining close communication with supervisors
Hours : 40-60 hours a week, flexible hours / schedule after training period
Pay : $23+ / hour
Location : Remote within United States. This is a remote, work from home position. You may be located anywhere within the US.
Equipment : CSI will provide company laptop and provide dual monitor reimbursement, when required. Candidate must have high-speed internet access (not reimbursable).

Requirements :
- Background check
- Drug screening and other health screenings as needed
- Clinical certifications or proof of previous successful clinical abstraction projects
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute to meet productivity standards
- Attend training sessions and pass initial and recurring quality assurance checks
