Job Overview

The Data Entry Assistant at BPS Bioscience is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain diverse experience and develop essential skills in a fast-paced biotechnology company.

The Data Management Assistant is responsible for supporting product launches, literature and data sheet handling, website updating and page content creation.

This person will operate within the Marketing team to manage products using the Magento 2 commerce platform and will help ensuring the functionality of the website.

This role is onsite in San Diego.

May also be required to provide administrative support across multiple Marketing functions including in handling social media & organizing participation in tradeshows, processing of leads, and collection / reporting of marketing metrics.

Responsibilities :

• Data entry for the launch of new products, including construction of Technical Data Sheets.
• Make revisions to content on Technical Data Sheets as needed.
• Update and create new web pages.
• Support in the collection of customer satisfaction metrics.
• Support in the collection, organization, and reporting of marketing metrics.
• Participate in the development of new content such as literature, posters, web pages, videos, and promotional materials.
• Organize the production of new literature, including printing and posting digital versions to the website.
• Provide support for handling tradeshow-related tasks including organization of on-site literature, promotions, booth materials, processing of leads, etc.
• Other job duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Life Science, or other relevant area.
• Relevant classroom or internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, or willingness to learn it.
• Highly motivated and dependable.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to succeed.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
