Job Summary :
As the HourlyAssistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in operating therestaurant within the practices and procedures established by CompanyOperations.
This position is responsible for cost control while delivering onCraveable Food ,Best in Class guest experience, restaurant cleanliness andorganization, Tribe standards, building sales, maximizing profits, and Tribe development.

Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, required.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred. Must have food safety manager certification upon hire.
- Schedulingflexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights,weekends)
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
