Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Educate and empower patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
