The Resort and Marina is operated by Applebrook Homes, LLC.

About the Job :
We are looking for talented candidates who are well-rounded maintenance pros to take on a variety of projects throughout the resort.
In the full-time position, you will be responsible for helping us maintain and enhance our RV Resort and Marina.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs
- Ensure mechanical equipment is operating properly and repaired as needed
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed such as repairs and painting
- Install and replace floors, stairs, doors and fencing as needed
- Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs as needed
- Follow all company safety protocols
- Work on other special projects as requested
Job Requirements :

- Able to work outdoors throughout the year
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the resort
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience required
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge and experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Must be able to work five days from 8 : 30 to 4 : 30, including some weekends
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift
- Highschool graduate or GED required
- Must be within commuting distance to the Resort and have reliable transportation
Compensation :
Hourly Pay Rate Range $16 - $18 Commensurate with Experience
