Autonomy Staffing is seeking a skilled anddependable Installer to join our team. As an Installer you will beresponsible for the proper installation of a wide range of buildingproducts including fireplaces insulation doors windows stairscabinets sinks and millwork in residential and commercial settings.
You will ensure that each installation is completed safelyefficiently and to the highest quality standards.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Install a variety of building products such asfireplaces insulation doors windows stairs cabinets sinks andmillwork according to manufacturer specifications and clientrequirements.
- Follow blueprints technicaldrawings and written instructions to complete accurate and preciseinstallations.
- Measure and cut materials to fitspecific dimensions ensuring a perfect fit andfinish.
- Perform quality checks throughout theinstallation process to ensure proper alignment sealing andoperation of installed items.
- Communicate withproject managers supervisors and clients to ensure the project isprogressing as expected and any issues are promptlyaddressed.
- Use hand and power tools as well asspecialized installation equipment safely andeffectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite by removing debris and following safety protocols at alltimes.
- Provide exceptional customer serviceanswering client questions and addressing concerns during theinstallation process.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Priorexperience in installing building products such as insulation doorswindows fireplaces or millwork ispreferred.
- Skills :
- Proficientwith hand tools power tools and installationequipment.
- Strong attention to detail andability to follow installation instructionsprecisely.
- Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to troubleshoot issuesonsite.
- Strong communication skills for clientand teaminteractions.
- Certifications : Certification in specific installations (fireplaces windows etc.)is a plus but notrequired.
- PhysicalRequirements : Ability to work in various physicalpositions including standing kneeling and lifting heavy materials(up to insert weight).
PhysicalRequirements :
- Abilityto lift carry and maneuver materials and equipmentregularly.
- Comfortable working on laddersscaffolding and in confined spaces.
- Capable ofworking in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure todifferent weatherconditions.
