We are currently seeking a Food Service Director with retail & high-end catering experience for an exclusive private day school in Loveland, CO.
Our managers are driven and passionate about their work. They create menus that truly reflect the communities they serve, crafting them right at the venue.
They handle hiring, manage orders and inventory, oversee catering, and lead talent management. Our managers deeply care about their campus communities, and the relationships they build make working for SAGE a more rewarding experience.
Our clients appreciate the hard work we put into every meal and recognize the passion behind our scratch-made menus.
This is a retail operation, experience with merchandising, designing menus that drive sales, LTOs, and enhancing guest satisfaction is essential for this position.

Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday but occasionally there are events that occur in the evening or on the weekend.
This is a management salaried year-round position.

What you'll do :
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships.
- Hire, mentor, and train Team Members in a positive environment.
- Create menus for daily meal service as well as for a variety of catering events.
- Implement and maintain HACCP standards
- Manage merchandising.
- Deliver fabulous catering results every time.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively.
- Deliver budgeted financial results.
- Manage ordering and inventory.
- Develop strong client and customer relationships.
What you'll need :
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a food service operation in a financially responsible manner.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships.
- Substantial culinary knowledge : trends, techniques, and processes.
- Proven ability to hire, train, evaluate, and manage people.
- Minimum five years food service management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
